For me, therapy is an exploration of who we are, who we are with others, and who we are in God's eyes. Combining biblical principles with psychotherapeutic thought and intervention, I believe change and healing are possible. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I am especially passionate about women in transition at various life stages. I look for strengths in relationships to build upon, and I also explore repeated patterns in one's life which have interfered with growth, change, and joy. I wholeheartedly believe that forgiveness is key in moving forward from past pain.
I am passionate about empowering people toward accomplishing self-set goals, as well as nurturing acceptance and tolerance for things that cannot be changed.
I have been married 27 years to my husband, Dave, and I have two grown stepchildren and three grandchildren.
